Description

This course examines the moral values in the Navajo society, and their contribution to the definition of identity and autonomy. The course includes instruction in the clan system, symbolic interpretation and understanding of the Navajo educational philosophy, and the four principles that bring harmony to the culture. The course discusses the historical perspective and the contemporary society of the Navajo (Din?) people.
