Description
Topics to be covered include real (direct) and circumstantial evidence, hearsay, and other forms of evidence. Presentation of evidence to the court and jury includes emphasis on laying proper foundations. Emphasis will be on the Navajo Rules of Evidence and relevant Navajo statues and case law, with some attention to the Federal Rules of evidence and relevant federal law. Offered; Spring
