Description
This course is an introduction to the property laws and doctrines within the Navajo Nation. Personal Property topics will include probate and quiet title actions and the acquisition/disposition of property in marriage and divorce. Real property topics include forcible entry and detainer, trespass, and home site, grazing, farm, business, mission site, and other land leases administered by the Navajo Nation and/or federal government.
