Description

This course is a study of the process of civil litigation from filing of a lawsuit through final judgement. Emphasis will be on the Navajo Rules of Civil Procedure and relevant Navajo Case law, with some attention to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and relevant federal law. Offered: Fall.
