Description
This course will introduce students to the operation and fabrication of semiconductor devices. A study of semiconductor fundamentals and physics of semiconductor devices to include: properties of materials and devices ued in electrical engineering; theory of operation of semiconductor devices; p-n junction diodes, bipolar transistors (n-p-n and p-n-p), and field-effect devices. Prerequisites: CHM-120, EE-203
