Description

This course will introduce students to the operation and fabrication of semiconductor devices. Students will gain a basic understanding of the operation, fabrication and characteristics of diodes and transistors. Students will learn a fundamental overview of the physics that semiconductors. Prerequisite: CHM-120, MTH162 & IE-213 OR PHY-122
