Description
The Indigenized AI Learning Series is offered to NTU professors to enhance their understanding
of how Indigenous knowledge systems, storytelling, and philosophies can inform ethical and
culturally grounded approaches to artificial intelligence. This series provides an opportunity for
faculty to engage with leading Indigenous scholars and community leaders on topics such as data
sovereignty, digital self-determination, and future visions for AI that align with Indigenous
values. By participating, professors will develop critical thinking, intercultural competency, and
collaborative skills that support the integration of Indigenous perspectives into their teaching,
research, and community engagement.
