Description

This course is an in-depth study of tribal, state, and federal relationships and tribal sovereignty. This course also examines the history of American Indian law and policy and explores various resolutions in terms of their social, economic, and political implications. Prerequisites: CJUS-1110 and BUSA-2420. Offered: Fall.
