Description
This course will provide students with experience with commonly encountered clinical procedures with an emphasis on the role of the veterinary technician in the management of veterinary patients, records, laws and ethics, and client communication. This course will also introduce students to veterinary management software. Prerequisites: BIO 120, CHM 120, ENG 110 or 111 or 112, MTH 121, and NAV 101 or higher. Students must earn 75% or better to advance to the next level of courses in the major. This course is in only offered in the fall semester.
