Description
This course will prepare students to take the Navajo Nation Bar exam. This course requires students to synthesize the substantive and procedural knowledge and skills gained in previous courses. The fourteen substantive legal topics tested on the bar exam are heavily emphasized, along with cumulative legal writing and critical thinking skills necessary to draft successful exam essays. Prerequisite: Senior status in the Law B.A. program or enrolled in last semester of the Law Advocate A.A.S. program. Offered: Spring.
