Description
Students will research and analyze the lower court’s record and discern ow and why the case was ultimately appealed. Students will be responsible for analyzing the parties’ briefs filed with the appellate court and, ultimately, analyzing the Court’s decision and its impact on Navajo Nation jurisprudence. Prerequisites: LAW-305 and LAW-403. Offered: Spring.
