Description
This course is focused on the requirements for starting, growing, and maintaining a law practice. This course explores how to develop a business model, the requirements of forming a Navajo LLC or incorporating a Navajo corporation, and Navajo Tax Commission requirements. Students will earn how to develop engagement letters and conduct consultations to grow a private practice in the area of their choice. LAW-205. Offered: Fall.
