Description
This is an in-depth exploration of the law of contracts and business torts. This course is designed to further students’ knowledge and understanding of the formation, interpretation, performance and discharge of contracts. Emphasis will be on the Navajo Nation case law. Prerequisite: LAW-203. Offered: Spring.
