Description

Many graduates will either work for the Navajo Nation or represent clients against the Navajo Nation. Students in this course will meet legal counsel for the Navajo Nation. Students will simultaneously study cases filed against the Navajo Nation to analyze the legal issues raised against the Navajo Nation government. Prerequisite: NAVA-2230. Offered: Spring.
