Description
This course introduces the student to on-line legal research as well as to traditional book-based research. Writing assignments include memorandums of law and legal briefs, as well as other legal research assignments relevant to the effective practice of law. Prerequisite: Must be concurrently enrolled in or successfully completed (earned a grade of C or higher) ENGL1210 or ENGL110 or a comparable English course. Offered: Fall.
