Description
This course teaches engineering design incoporating appropriate engineering standards and multiple constraints, utilizing modern engineering tools. This course follows the ASPE (American Society of Precision Engineering) student competition. Students will learn how to design, build, and test precision. Measurement and positioning systems using LabVIEW's graphical interface and FPGA-based instrumentaion and control hardware. Students will use modern tools for data analysis. Prerequisite: EE 212
