Description
This seminar will give students an opportunity to work with a faculty member and focus on knowledge gained from course, classroom experiences, and interaction with others. Students will use practical experiences and observations from the semester long teaching assignment and further develop skills in planning learning environments and implementing curriculum in programs serving young children from birth through age four including young children with special needs, linguistic and cultural needs. Students will implement the Din? Philosophy of Education. Learning experiences will cover all content areas, including literacy, math, science, social studies, health/wellness, the arts, and adaptive skills for children, birth through age eight.
