Description
This course introduces students with a topics-based approach to chemistry of the environment. They are expected to have some knowledge of chemistry, with a desire of applying this knowledge to the environment. Topics of interest include environmental of water, water pollution, water treatment, geochemistry, atmospheric chemistry, air pollution, radioactivity, hazardous materials and resources. Lab included. Pre-requisite: CHEM 1217C. Lab Fee: $125.00
