Description

This course will introduce students to semiconductor diodes types and their physical and electrical characteristics. Field effect transistors and bi-polar transistors will be analyzed which will allow students to understand rectifier and amplifier theory. Operational amplifiers (Op-Amp) applications and theory will be covered extensively. Prerequisite: ECE-214
